Our home cooking represents the tradition of Alps region. We invite you to taste the flavors of our Valley and typical products from small local producers and mountain pastures such as rustic polenta, crepes and soups, the adjacent alpine Fontina, Valdostan cold cuts, local game meat and grilled meats.
We also organize theme nights, with tasting of various Italian and international regions’ foods.
Our wine comes from small producers, the plain water comes directly from the source of our mountain.
The intimate and relaxing atmosphere around the fireplace offers a romantic dinner with family or friends and families in a context of friendship and serenity.
During the summer you can enjoy our best grilled local meats on the terrace, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn.
We host birthdays, christenings and various ceremonies in our historic consecrated Chapel as well as New Year's Eve dinner or any kind of celebration.
